Do you deliver into my room of choice?
At all customers discretion all sofas are delivered standard to room of choice, assembled and package removed.
How long is delivery?
Our current lead time is 7 – 10 working days on most sofas that are in stock. During busy period this can be up to 3 weeks. However, if the item perhaps for some reason is out of stock, not worry we promise to deliver within 4 weeks. If you require a faster delivery, please opt in for the special next day delivery option on check out or simply call us on 0333 224 4808.
How much does delivery cost?
All sofas come with a standard free fast delivery option to room of choice, assembly and package removed. Please see our delivery map for further information of where free delivery covers.
Will someone contact for me delivery date?
Yes. You will be contacted by our delivery team by phone or email, and we will time to time communicate with you and keep you updated as necessary.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. When our delivery team call you to confirm a date, this must be specially requested then, we deliver from Monday to Saturday and no Sunday deliveries are available.
Can I change my delivery address?
If for some reason you have inputted the wrong address or require change of address, please contact us within 5 – 7 working days on 0333 224 4808 or email on email@example.com
Do you dispose of my old sofa?
Unfortunately, at this current stage, we do not offer this service which is why you should make sure there is enough space in your home for your new sofa. We encourage all our customers to donate their old furniture to charity if and where possible, most local councils offer this service.
My delivery time has been extended?
For what reason this maybe, our team will be in contact to arrange delivery.
What if am not home?
Oops! We're sorry to hear that, but not a problem, simply get in touch with the delivery team as soon as possible to re-arrange your delivery without further delay, and if you placed an order you can request your own delivery date in the future by messaging us subject to terms and conditions a charge may apply for this service.
Do you deliver to abroad?
No. We are sorry that we do not deliver to any offshore destinations. Our standard delivery options only cover UK mainland however we can deliver to your shipping agent or haulier in any port on the UK mainland for onward shipment aboard.

What is the condition of the sofa?
All our sofas are brand new and come boxed and sealed along with 12 months guarantee, unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions.

if i ordered multiple items will it be delivered together?
We cannot guarantee that your items will be delivered at the same time or together, this is because we use different couriers for different items depending on the size and weight. However, we endeavour to deliver all items together.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We may consider discounting your total basket price, if large orders are placed by telephone our sales are open to negotiate and offer the best final price however as we are reasonably priced and offer fast free delivery, we believe our price is the best for the quality of goods we sell.
Can you beat any quote or like for like offer price?
There are a lot of online retailers selling similar sofas but they maybe a difference in quality of fabric, frame or foam however if you contact our sales team, they may be able to match price or offer best price depending on product
Can i make an offer?
Yes! You can offer us a price and we will assess whether it's satisfactory within our means subject to terms and conditions.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
How do i cancel my order?
If for any reason after you placed an order and wish to cancel or amend the order please contact us using the contact page immediately within 24 hours of ordering or as soon as possible, however to abide governed regulations, you have a right to change your mind and cancel order within 14 working days of receiving it (unless the product was bespoke and made to your specification).
Can i cancel my order after it's been despatched?
Up to a 50% non-refundable charge will be applied to all furniture orders if it is refused upon delivery, a collection of the item for return is requested (unless the item is faulty) or the item is ordered by mistake (wrong size, wrong orientation, wrong colour, not fit through entrance or property etc).
I want to return my sofa?
We're sorry to hear that you wish to return your item. We strive to meet customer’s expectations if you don’t feel the chemistry feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help. Should you wish to return the item we offer you a 30 day returns from the day it was delivered. Please follow our returns policy here.
How do I pay for sofa?
