All delivery costs are set out in the order process when placing an order with Home Sofa Company.
All sofas come with two-man delivery to room of choice, assembled and package removed unless otherwise agreed.
Our standard delivery is express to the UK mainland England, Wales and Scotland only, please note we offer a next day delivery on selected postcodes only, we endeavour to keep you updated as necessary.
Fast & free two-man delivery no minimum order. Get your sofa delivered within 7-10 working days. All lead time are specified on product description.
We use a dedicated courier to help guarantee our sofas are delivered FAST & FREE via a two-man delivery.
Please be advised some of our couriers are not authorized to enter your property. Depending on sofa standard free delivery is conducted at the main door of property only.
A free two-man service is available with every express next day delivery option.

If we have arranged to collect the item, we will only collect it from the delivery address unless otherwise agreed. We will only collect on the date of our discretion but always make it suitable for you.
If you are unavailable for the collection date you must notify us immediately by telephone or email. Normally this is within 24 hours of the collection date.
We reserve the right not to pay any refund if the items or goods are disposed, or does not meet our returns policy section.
Please allow up to 3 – 10 working days for the funds to be returned from point of collection.
When the item is being collected, it is your right to ensure the items are in its original correct packaging and appropriate for collection.
Customer have the right to arrange their own return of item back to us. Buyer pays return postage. We advise if items value is more than £50, we recommend using tracking insurance service, we cannot guarantee that we will receive them.
It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products received as all the original packaging is left with you.
We are not liable for any storage costs whilst an exchange or collection is being processed.
If you are returning an item and unable to return it to us, and we have agreed to collect it, a collection charge applies, this will be deducted from the total refund minus any delivery costs.
